You can have up to 5 accounts (User IDs) that use the same email address for notification purposes. Many people end up with multiple accounts without realizing it. You may even discover you could have more than 1 account. Or if you can't log in at all, such as don't know your User ID and/or password, here's how to recover account access. If the "spinning circle" problem persists with that browser, then you likely need to use a different browser for the TurboTax website. Close the browser and refresh it, then try again. But what problem are you having in regards to a log in?
